Program Updates

No changes to M-RETS operation since last subscriber group meeting.  Fourth quarter invoices have been prepared and published – please view them by logging into your M-RETS Account.

The M-RETS organization has been set up to assume responsibilities from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.  M-RETS Inc. was set up as a 401(c)(4) organization to oversee M-RETS and administer the contract with APX.  The M-RETS board consists of:

The Subscriber Group will be contacted to review the October 2008 version of the revised TOU.

Team To Review Operating Procedures

Devon Walton and Bryan Gower will be working with a group of subscribers to review and update the Operating Procedures.  Interested parties were requested from the subscribers group to assist in this work.

The group will meet on a regular basis with a goal to have the Operating Procedures updated early in the first quarter of 2009.  A list of items considered for revision will be addressed at the upcoming Subscribers Group.

Nominations for Subscriber Group Chair and Vice Chair

Patrick Keily and Heidi Konynenbelt have served 1 year as chair and vice chair of the subscriber group.  It was requested that nominations to serve these positions for the next year be sent to Devon Walton at APX by November 3, 2008.  Nominations have been received, and elections will be held later this month.
