MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – October 18, 2023 – M-RETS Inc., a nonprofit organization headquartered in Minneapolis that operates North America's most expansive environmental attribute tracking platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced professionals to its team. John Peacock steps in as the director of engineering and Dianne Kramer Case assumes the role of scrum master. These critical appointments underline the company’s dedication to sustainable energy, operational excellence and commercial growth as M-RETS continues to expand its reach in the burgeoning renewable energy market.

With two decades of experience in development and entrepreneurship, John has a proven track record of building successful businesses in both healthcare and outdoor recreation sectors. He is eager to contribute his expertise to the renewable energy landscape, collaborating with the highly skilled team at M-RETS.

Dianne brings a unique blend of Scrum Master experience and a background in nonprofit organizations. Her previous roles span the medical device industry as well as the arts and museum sectors. Dianne is enthusiastic about channeling her creativity, commitment to service, and collective action to elevate the work we do here at M-RETS.

In the past year, M-RETS became the software provider for the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System and Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator clean energy credit program. Today, the M-RETS platform powers more compliance and voluntary markets than any other registry in North America. To accommodate this growth, the M-RETS team – combining energy policy experts and software developers – has grown substantially over the past two years. By the end of 2024, M-RETS expects to have doubled its workforce to support expansion of the tracking system and greater product support.
