Join M-RETS as we present to the Minnesota PUC about the future of energy markets and decarbonization along with Holly Lahd from Target. It is a public planning commission hearing so everyone is welcome (see the link for more information).
As energy markets transform from volumetric goals (i.e. 100% renewable) to decarbonization goals (a reduction in CO2 compared to a baseline year), M-RETS’ aim is to provide access to crucial data.
M-RETS’ President & Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Gerber will discuss M-RETS’ role in the voluntary REC markets, and its potential to provide additional emissions data.
Holly Lahd with Target’s Energy & Sustainability team will follow to discuss how access to additional data would be useful and very beneficial for businesses that wish to commit to renewable energy or have existing renewable energy goals.
